Timo Biallas

Over the past 1.5 years, I have honed my skills in high-end gastronomy at Elbers 800 Grad, mastering sophisticated service protocols, orchestrating multi-course dining experiences, and ensuring meticulous table settings. I took on responsibilities akin to a lead waiter, including articulating dish details to guests, while also managing essential back-of-house operations such as inventory organization and coordination of meal deliveries. Additionally, I supported the team during the 'Le Petit Chef' show.

Guided younger students in teaching children from 3rd to 7th grade about the advantages and disadvantages of social media and the internet. Additionally, developed a comprehensive day-long program and an innovative approach for instructing children on how to sign up for all the school's digital learning and communication systems.

In this role, I assisted my former supervisor in the realization of various projects on short notice, working extensively with children. I completed my JULEICA training, led youth groups independently at times, and co-supervised week-long tent camps, providing 24/7 care, including night shifts.
