Engineered and implemented the logic behind a chatbot agent that holds human-like consumer conversations about various products and topics in multiple languages. Enhanced its ability to generate prompting questions based on survey context, and to moderate a dialogue, resulting in higher quality and granularity of data, doubling the amount of insights compared to traditional open-ended surveying methods. Developed a number of services and agents that automate consumer insights extraction.

Designed and shipped a suite of products automating data extraction from large sets of open ended answers in online market surveys. Used a variety of NLP algorithms and tools like keyword extraction, embeddings-based search, text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and topic modeling — largely as a solo developer
