• Maintain existing Primavera configuration/enterprise global data (resources, calendars, codes, layouts) • Import schedules (Primavera P6 ) into production database ensuring no impact on global data • Coordinating with the area planner and manager for new updates • Updating the weekly planning report • Assisting in preparing the three months look ahead for the project
