• All IT Workplace related topics which can be done remotely like password reset, Outlook issues, Skype for Business & telephony, browsing, network, printing, Internet etc. New Entry & Exit: user creation/deletion, permission & access management. Distribution List and Public Folder creation and management. User mailbox creation and access management. Additional Accounts creation and management e.g. WebEx, FTP, code 42 (Data Backup Software) etc.

• Managing Domain Controller Server in the organization and maintaining the users, computers, OU’s and another network devices in DC. Managing another severs like DNS & DHCP, Point of sale, etc. Monitoring of LAN/WAN Networks including routers, switches, firewalls, access points, internet access and software applications. Performed troubleshooting and diagnosis to hardware/software, network failures and provided solutions.

• Active Directory, Group policies in domain environment and system based policies configuration and management. Domain Name Services (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), proxy servers, web servers, print server’s configuration and management. Working with Remote Desktop Services, Windows Deployment Services and NAT Services. Working with FTP servers, IP printer installation and configuration. Assembling and Troubleshooting of the Desktops hardware/software, networks, IP phones etc.

It was my first job and I had joined here as an Desktop Support Engineer. My jobs and responsibilities were to give the L1 level field support to our clients.
