Consultancy and drafting of commercial offers for homeowners and condominium administrators that require to take advantage of tax incentives provided by the State for buildings riqualification. Management of 8 territorial professionals during all phases of the project until the realization of the work, for about 40 requalification projects.

Management of about 70 professionals, several specialized construction companies, with the objective of constantly monitoring about 400 properties, of the real estate assets of Unicredit Leasing S.p.A./Leased Asset Management S.p.A. and RelaisLeasCo S.p.A. Monitoring consisted in the planning, organization, execution and control of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities, until the final invoicing and with the use of internal management software or provided by the companies owning the properties.

As Team Manager, two or three times for month, I coordinate a team of students from several fields of engineering with the aim of carrying out a project called "IntegraTO" and started about two years ago with the team of social innovations of the Polytechnic University of Turin.

I was part of a team involved in the project to build a new primary school in Berlin. In this project I worked on metric bills of quantities, architectural plans, plant plans and construction details.

With the role of Assistant Project Manager, my tasks included BIM design and virtual reality, projects of energy saving, projects for seismic adjustment and refurbishment of existing buildings, structural design and analysis.

As Assistant Project Manager I had experiences on architectural surveys, refurbishment and recovery projects of existing buildings, projects of energy saving, structural and architectural design.

For almost three years as a Surveyor at "Dedalo” in Formia, I realized topographical and architectural surveys, architectural and facade renovations projects, accounting and progress report by managing the all relevant documentation. Besides that, I managed and controlled safety on construction sites and, in the last year, my tasks included also the relations with costumers and professionals appointed by the municipality.
