Manage and lead the restructuring of departments / plant processes Establish an effective HR department and ensure solid HR processes Advice the plant management in operational and strategic HR topics Analyze and restructure local HR processes e.g. improvement of the recruiting process, quality and development of current headcount, handling of disciplinary cases and the outplacement of workforce

Manage operative HR topics of the plant departments and the trainee pool Work with department leaders and the works council to foster solid recruitment processes, employee performance management and compensation schemes Provide and facilitate training/development of employees in order to support business objectives via corporate programs and career planning
