Leading initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize performance across Sonova’s corporate departments (HR, Finance, IT), driving sustainable growth and generating substantial cost savings and top line contributions through application of Continuous Improvement principles to Corporate processes such as Talent Acquisition and Cash Generation.

Directing and executing all CI activities at Sonova/ Sennheiser Consumer Hearing, inclusive of Lean Six Sigma training, A3PS and Kaizen activities to actively improve COGS and EBIT performance. Key deliverable is the establishment of a CI culture and delivery of substantial productivity gains in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and HR.

In this role, Tobias was in charge of the strategic development and implementation of a global education program set up, focused on Continuous Improvement tools and processes. As an integral part of the Global Operations team, he a) developed and deployed best practice process and project management standards across the 3000+ leadership personnel and b) drove essential continuous improvement activities in order to achieve sustainable and transformational change in business critical areas of Sonova.
