Me and my team are providing accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and as well internal goals. A TKAM is supporter and consultant for the sales process and for strengthen customer relationships.

Vertrieb hochwertiger und technisch aufwendiger Druckerzeugnisse; Kundenbetreuung; Bestandskundenpflege; Neukundengewinnung; Betreuung der Kunden vor Ort; Produktentwicklung und Verbesserung

Customer Service Printer, Betreuung von Druckereien und Marken im Bereich flexible Verpackungen; Inhouse Betreuung bei Markenkunden in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Einkauf; Produktgestaltung; Beratung zur Umsetzung der Motive; Druckabnahmen; Vertrieb von Druckplatten und Kreativleistungen.

Dispatching der Arbeitsvorbereitung; Einkauf von Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsmitteln / stoffen, Druckvorbereitung inkl. Druckvorstufe im Flexodirektdruck (Wellpapp - Direktdruck) sowie die entsprechende Druckplattenbestellungen; Kundenberatung im Bezug auf Wünsche, Druckmotive und Möglichkeiten; Kundenbetreuung; Inventurleitung
