 Deliver accurate and timely cost reports for project activities. Reports to identify full year, year to date and period performance.  Establish a cost reporting process that is consistent with the requirements for effective cost control and reporting during the life of the project.  Develop cost reporting & control procedures.  Establish and promote working relations with the Project services team, the project staff, Subcontractor and Client.

 Prepare the weekly/monthly reports for the project.  Develop and maintain the progress/productivity reporting system.  Issue the Weekly Progress and Manhour Reports to Client and Management.  Produces management reports for review and analysis.  Controlling contractor’s planning and resources are appropriate for the requirements.  Provides additional planning and scheduling support as required.

 Facilitate the planning process for project.  Develop cost reporting protocol with project team.  Invoicing project costs, including material, equipment costs, labor, and man hours.  Prepare various project reports.

 Supervise the Projects planning, scheduling activities.  Implement the progress and productivity reporting systems for the Project.  Produce and update forecast manpower histograms for input to the yard manning forecasts.  Initiate the regular progress update, collate and process the reported values.  Produces ad-hoc schedules and reports as required.
