Tofy Semaan

Tofy Semaan was born in Lebanon in 1985. He graduated with a Master of Architecture (M.Arch 2009) with high distinction from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik. Ever since, he has been making architecture for diverse types and scales of projects in different topographies and climates. Being involved in the architectural design process and project execution, Semaan has a wide experience collaborating with numerous international architecture firms in parallel with an independent practice. He received a master degree in Urban Planning in 2011 from the Lebanese university. In 2015, Semaan co-founded Umbrella studio in Beirut, a laboratory for architecture bringing together multidisciplinary professionals. He moved to Germany in 2018. His activities include architecture, interior design, 3D visualization and analog photography.
