My role as an IT Support Associate extends beyond device configuration network monitoring. A typical day also includes the repair of laptops, industrial printers(Zebra), mobile devices, and other devices unique to the Amazon Fulfillment Center technical needs.

This was a freelance role and I needed to source my own clients. I utilized SEO and Social Media Marketing strategies to promote my brand to source clients. I developed lesson plans to help students prepare for the language tests IELTS or TOFEL. Lessons via Skype with each student often lasted about 1 hour with no lessons over 2 hours.

Additional skills I developed during this time focused on scheduling and parsing documents with python to quickly determine which tasks would be the most profitable for me to complete.
