• Worked as an MM Senior Consultant in Unilever Istanbul Office responsible for designing solution and supporting U2K2 area countries (which includes over than 25 foreign countries) for live system issues and dealing with new projects and improvement of system performance and quality • Attended meetings/workshops with global business units and SMEs to discuss projects and assignments and suggest improvements

• Managing the AMS team (which includes 3 teams with almost 25 members) to deliver successful AMS Services with targeted SLA levels. *AMS: Application Management Services. • Provide compliance with IBM standards and customer satisfaction as well as AMS resource management and planning. • Report weekly-analyzed team performance and status of the incidents to the customer. • Support and development of internal and external client relationships • Perform MM development/customization activities

• Preparing of Purchasing and stock management process design and blueprint documentation, Customizing SAP MM for organizational structure, master data management, purchasing, stock management and LIV processes • Designing RICEF functional specifications • Key-user trainings and documentation • Integration Test with with other modules FI,CO,SD,PP,PM etc. • Preparing test cases and execute unit test and integration test based on the business process
