My role as a business process lead in the region was to help build a better environment for EMEALA employees, customers and suppliers. Modernize IT environments, streamline processes and better connect businesses, employees and customers across the EMEALA region. To help remove complexity, provide greater transparency and create significant opportunities for better decision-making and innovation, while further strengthening employee and customer experience.

My responsibility was to build and lead the new Project & Solution Engineering Germany (PSE DE) business unit. The roles and responsibilities of PSE DE were highly dependent on close cooperation with partner organizations within JCI (Sales/PE/Services/Finance). PSE DE mainly focuses on four different areas: - Engineering and Technology Governance - Solution Engineering - Technology Consulting - Enterprise Architecture and Sustainability

Our team belongs to Global Sales Support Center of Excellence Network. We are engineering department supporting sales of Building Technologies & Solutions in EMEA region.
