Participation in SOP (Start Of Production) of new heavy trucks factory. Mechanical acceptance of machines, designing and ordering new toolings. Controlling and inspection on right production process on preassembly of engine with gearbox line and on final assembly line of the truck (assembly engine, driver cabin, wheels and tank to the truck e.t.c.). Organization of ergonomical working places, optimalization of production processes.

Planning and inspection of manufacturing process in Krosno dampers plant and making up process documentation. I work at adaptation existing machines and design and build new machines for reservoir tube assembly in EUCD project. I cooperate with various suppliers to elaborate conception of machines and tooling.

Assistance with organization and correct run of exposures and fairs ceremony, serving for guests and exhibitors. As Staff Supervisior I managed and organized work and resposibilities for staff exposure workers.
