Cooperation with Technical Centers, customers and suppliers in changes implementation in airbag modules (setup test environment, achieve the best result in test performed by international organizations for automotive safety eg. EuroNCAP). Supervise prototype modules building (configuration, method of assembly). Define the tests conditions and test results analyse. Doing my best to meet the customer requirements (Audi, BMW, VW, Nissan) in product development and tests quality. Prepare products to SOP.

• Training courses and workshops for operators and implementation/managing team

• Supervision of plastic injection mould maintenance process • Coordination of new project implementation and upholding current projects • Support for Plant Manager in technical areas in international contacts with clients and suppliers • Offer preparation • Acceptance and testing of new injection moulds • Research of new technologies to increase company competitiveness

• Production optimisation projects: • ELREC Sp. z o.o. in Brzeg – Evaluation and optimization of work on frames for solar panels production line, preparing line to 5S and SMED implementation • EMPOL Sp.j. in Źródła (Wroclaw) – Optimization of window covers assembly line, modification of client ordering system, preparing workstations to 5S implementation • Participation in pre-stage of production managing system implementation – according to concept Digital Factory

• Optimization of work and tacting of production line – Ovens • Optimization of work on chair assembly station and service of welding robot station • Optimization of window equipment assembly station

• Cooling system design in new model of ovens
