- setting up independent and professional Quality Control structure in Pan Africa region (6 markets); - developing standardized quality protocols and reporting tools; - providing trainings for Operations teams to develop their capabilities and increase utilization of company’s software; - providing support for Fieldwork teams while preparing and executing projects (with focus on P&G); - driving implementation of CSM in Nigeria; - preparing and reporting KPIs for the region.

- answering RFQs, preparing offers and performing sales activities; - cooperating with clients on daily basis; - coordination of multi-country studies; - coordination of monthly Omnibus study within the company; - involvement in preparations and checking of questionnaires, scripts, samples, databases and tabulations; - supervising the whole fieldwork process (experienced in all data collection methods); - analyzing data with preparing reports.

- quoting projects and consulting methodologies for internal and external clients; - coordination of projects while in field (B2B, B2C, Mystery Shopper and others) for internal and external clients; - checking tools for fieldwork (questionnaires, scripts etc.); - organizing and conducting trainings for field coordinators and interviewers.

- assistant to the psychologist; - assistance for students in creating resumes; - administration of database with the Centre partners.
