o Managing Group cash-flow and relationship with financial institutions, budgeting, business risk o Directing financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, reporting through the finance team o Preparation of financial models and investment studies for the real estate projects

o Identifying appropriate joint-venture investments, valuation and structuring of transactions, active supervisory and continuous monitoring of investments, formulation and structuring of exit strategies; o Acting as Group CFO - managing Group cash-flow and relationship with financial institutions, setting up reporting system in invested companies

• Co-in charge for the investment banking operations in PBZ (consisted of 7 Departments with 33 employees - financial advisory, capital markets, structured/project finance, research, custody, brokerage services, asset management). Responsibilities include business development, project management and supervision. Responsible directly to the Management Board of the Bank.
