Within the Vattenfall Group responsible for all recruitment activities in The Netherlands, including international alignment. Managing teams Sourcing & Selection (professional hires), Graduate Recruitment (campus recruitment / student relations) and Trainee Programs (1 management traineeship and 4 specialist programs). FTE responsible for 10 FTE staff and 24 FTE trainees. Vattenfall is one of Europe’s largest generators of electricity and the largest producer of heat.

- Recruitment and selection of (young) professionals in different markets. - Setting up selection process (incl multiple instruments and assessment) for specific jobs and demands. - Recruitment based on succession planning. - Managing and downsizing recruitment team. - Increasing internal mobility and downsizing external recruitment costs.
