Accountable for Application Management at Lufthansa Cargo AG Company (Incident-/ Configuration-/ Data & Release Management, in-depth analysis, IT issue clearance, administration, take new requirements, BA and BA Support, Tests, 1st/2nd/3rd Level Support, Processes...), Marketing and PR

Further development of IT application: take up requirements, create specifications (CR, FE, BF...) develop procedures for testing. Along with this I wrote my final Diploma Thesis about a way to measure process performance better than Cargo 2000 does. This also includes a modeling part that ended in a functional application (based on Excel/VBA) that measures, calculates and displays all results on a dashboard-like GUI (Grade A+). Also this tool is highly welcome at LH Cargo.

As a member of a IT Project team, my mission was introducing a new Process and IT-Tool for Accepting Goods (GAC), incl. Onsite Support on selected intl. stations (GVA, ATL, LAX, SFO) during IT-Rollout, writing a study thesis about ways for enhancing the connectivity of this application (grade A)
