At SEGULA, I focused on backend delivery for two web apps: a Django-based fleet management system (vehicles/drivers/bookings) and an RFQ management dashboard. For fleet app, I ran customer requirements and feedback loops, added authentication and reporting, and ensured reliability via unit, integration, and UAT tests. For the RFQ management dashboard, I designed the backend architecture in Agile sprints and wrote Python scripts to extract and preprocess RFQs into structured data for downstream LLM analysis.

During my internship, I conducted a research internship evaluating the technical, operational, and financial feasibility of communication methods for swarm vehicle testing. In addition, I participated in the annual idea generation challenge of SEGULA Technologies called DisrUPt 2023. Our idea 'AI Recruiter' utilises AI in the recruitment process for effective reach out to suitable candidates. I developed a proof of concept in Python with limited functionalities. Our idea won 2nd Place out of 45 candidates.

During my role as a Working Student, I utilized the OSMnx package to implement turn detection and identification for vehicles in urban street networks.
