Optical imaging: development of new optical imaging modalities for getting new insights into biology (.i.e Holography, two photons fluorescence, Coherent Raman, Optical Coherence Tomography). Conception CAD, Simulation of physical interactions on MATLAB, construction, and alignment of components on optical tables. Devices interfacing: automation and GUI creation (MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW) (i.e. camera, linear stage, lockin, DAQ). Interested in C++ interfacing. Data/Image processing: strong experience in data postprocessing for decision making (linear and logistic regression, SVM, Neural Network, CNN, LDA, PCA, SVD, clustering)/ or else (.i.e FFT, fitting, compression). First experience on GPU.
