Responsibilities: -Organisation and coordination of multilingual translation projects -Calculation and creation of offers -New and regular customer support -Order processing using various CAT tools (Transit, MemoQ, Trados Studio, XTM) -Supplier management -Cost and schedule monitoring -Invoicing -Quality assurance -Creation of process documentation.

* Creation of translation projects that are available in the following forms in a variety of languages. * Liaising with external service providers and submitting projects to the client to prepare requests. * Maintaining a good relationship with clients and ensuring projects are well managed. * Ensuring that requested projects are delivered on time or even earlier than expected. * Handling large projects involving 100 or more files in different formats and different languages. * Mantra system.

Processing of data in connection with the execution of queries. * Writing/creating reports. * Update project management tracking systems and receive calls and manage correspondence between Project Team Members. * Administrative tasks, e.g. planning meetings. * Implementation of the Public relations. * Monitoring budgets and overseeing the details associated with the complex tasks

* Keep Project Manager informed of project progress * Be responsible for any errors/omissions associated to a project in Translate and proofread various types of documents. * Maintain databases and amend translation memories * Juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrate effective utilization * Work under strict deadlines with high quality work in busy season and urgent requests
