As Head of Real Estate Projects & Operations, I administer day-to-day tasks involved in project management, including supervising due diligence process, coordinating legal aspects, budget management, and concept feasibility for project acquisition, development and dispositions. I direct activities of cross-functional teams and report directly to Executive Board

During this tenure, I devised and deployed restructuring and development strategy for effective utilisation of €40M across real estate, and asset and facility portfolio. I directed end-to-end activities of portfolios while monitoring key success and performance factors.
