• Established the R&D department in Malaysia with formulation and packaging laboratory. • Lead the R&D and QA Bar Soap category at Evyap Sabun Malaysia, as team managed 200 SKU+ active SKU and new launch projects. • Supervised a team of 17 across R&D and QA functions, reporting to senior global and local management. • Led formula and packaging development, process optimization, scale up trials, product performance and stability testing.

• Oversee QA operations for bar soap production in Malaysia, leading a team of nine, reported local senior management. • Implemented quality management systems and ensured compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22716, and Malaysia National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency requirements. • Ensured the quality of incoming (raw material and packaging) materials complies with company standards and specifications. • Sustained regular internal quality audits and preparing the team for unannounced external audits.

• Developed innovative products, collaborating with cross functional marketing and contract manufacturing sales teams. • Conducted scientific research projects in partnership with Türkiye’s Scientific and Technological Research Council for bar soap/ skin interactions. • Led product performance tests, regulatory compliance assessments, and market trend analysis to support product innovations and improvements.

During school break period worked in newly established Omnia Nisasta company in Quality Control department to gain experience, company was producing corn-based starch and derivative products.

• Worked in different Disney events as member of the team. Welcoming the guests, helped disabled guests to enjoy the shows safely, acting together with the attraction’s teams for the related event. Had opportunity collaborating with interns from different countries.
