As a Team Lead, I am involved in business development activities by identifying and on-boarding new clients with entire end to end accountability of managing existing project and providing seamless technical support, ensuring to meet client requirements. My activities include effectively managing functions of project planning & scheduling while monitoring and following up with different internal departments for step-by-step activities including execution of project and progress reporting the client.

As a Team Lead in Pakistan I was accountable for setting and continually managing project expectations with team members. Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Led and mentored cross-functional teams in multi-facility environments in order to maximize levels of productivity.

In this position, I worked on various mechanical design and analysis projects with German clients. I gained necessary skills to lead technical teams. These skills include product development, design analysis, FMEA and team management.

As a Junior Design Engineer, I worked on various projects and prepared, analyzed and reviewed the equipment in consideration with the material parameters. Involved in activities across all aspects of the project including design, analysis and all aspects of project engineering work.

As a Trainee Engineer, I gained understanding in setting up systems of data and knowledge sharing with clients. Acquired knowledge in standard steps and tools in robust product development (Design for Six Sigma): Voice of Customer, Quality Function Deployment, Concept Development and Evaluation, Design Detailing and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.
