Located in Sarıyer district of Istanbul province, 958 apartments and 24 commercial units and includes 16 block buildings. In order to solve the manufacturing problems and detail deficiencies that occur after the project moved into implementation, shop drawings were made, ensuring manufacturing to align with the work schedule of the field. Design deficiencies and problems were identified, correspondence and reporting were made with the relevant designers, and the shortcomings of the project were resolved.

Employer: Heydar Aliyev Foundation (HAF), Contractor: Kristal Absheron, Land size: 357,463.87 m² Gross construction area: 63,575.55 m² Meysari Hotel & SPA complex project consisting of Mountain Hotel & Spa and 26 villas. Coordination of all architectural, interior architecture, mechanical, electrical, landscaping and infrastructure projects between Istanbul headquarters (Aslı Architecture) and the construction site, and monitoring and reporting of the manufacturing process were carried out.

This is a mixed project with a gross construction area of 83,015 m2, consisting of 4 residential blocks and a 3-storey shopping mall block, including 253 flats and 52 commercial units. Production detail drawings and decoration projects needed for the site were drawn and transferred to the site within the framework of the determined delivery process and work schedule. Subcontractors were managed by taking into account quality/time/cost factors.

Sinpaş Finans Şehir Project: Located close to the Istanbul Financial Center, this housing project consists of 2750 residences and 50 commercial units on an area of 141000 m2 Before I prepared detail solutions and project coordination resulting from the implementation process in the field after the design of the sales office. The Design Manager duties of the PALAS phase, which includes 408 residences, and the PARK phase, which includes 448 residences, have been completed.
