Responsibilities: • Seeking to raise awareness of ethics in the society focusing young generations. • Doing researches about the current ethical state of the community targeted and choosing the appropriate manner they need to know about. • Preparing the educational means and making presentations for the targeted community.

Construction technology training

• Evaluation: Evaluating the performance of every member, the team as a whole and the events made or hosted by black horse team. • Documentation: writing MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) including important notes and decisions mentioned in meetings, and the evaluation sheets. • Interviews: Interviewing new applicants deciding whether they deserve to be black horse members or not. • Raising the team spirit among the members and making personal relations between them.
