As an application engineer I worked closely together with our design department to develop sealing profiles for windows and doors. Among a bunch of tasks the most important were: -Consulting costumers during development process including testing of products on our test rig -Organizing trade shows and giving presentations at symposia -Being part of standardization committee

Together with company Kosanke we sat up a complete new state-of-the-art line concept for powder coating of MDF. During the first months we designed and installed a revolutionary oven System which is still in production. My task was to organize the work flow of the woodworking and coating lines, ensuring the availablility of quality proved raw materials. In addition I guided our staff to high quality products by implementing new quality assurance systems.

We developed powder coatings for MDF and other heat sensitive substrates. My job was to determine the best available MDF quality and parameters that will influence the coating process. I tested the powder at our customers site to detect problems that may effect upscaling procedure. Implementing new test Scenarios to ensure high surface quality which are suitable for customers need was one of my tasks. Organization of trade Shows and representation of the company at symposia was part of daily business.

Working as a joiner, producing high quality furniture for domestic market. Managing smaller projects and organizing work preparation.
