This role was an advanced technical problem solving position. It involved rapidly getting to grips with the complexity of client systems and providing specific advice of system configuration far beyond the routine application of standard procedures. Analyse and solve the problems and queries that customers’ SAP consultants face within their implementations and upgrade projects of SRM. On several occasions I received positive customer feedback on my technical skills and for going beyond the call of duty.

A drastic improvement of the forecast quality was crucial to the success of the entire SAP SCM redesign project at Bosch. To meet these demands I developed a new forecast procedure and a new error evaluation method specifically tailored to the needs of the company. Achievement: The forecast quality was improved up to 30%. Bosch obtained patents for both procedures I developed.

Analysing the requirement of the logistics department for a controlling tool I designed, and implemented those requirements to exceed expectations using of the Business Explorer, the reporting tool of the SAP-Business Information Warehouse. Achievement: Due to the new reporting tool the run time was reduced from several hours to ten minutes.
