Local and remote management of a highly skilled team of seasoned engineers, who provide reactive and proactive support for Microsoft’s Premier customers. Successfully delivered reorganization by aligning strategic initiatives with operational targets.

Management of project budgets and overseeing overall project execution. Daily liaison with clients on progress and general project issues. Account management of German based clients.

Setup and management of Quality Assurance department, which involved definition and implementation of new testing and quality assurance processes, monitoring and enhancing quality assurance standards, overseeing project execution, direct staff recruitment, performance and career development.
