As Integration Lead during the SAP implementation I was responsible for coordinating project tools / templates, compilation of business blueprint deliverable, configuration and testing strategies as well as documentation guidelines. I conducted kick-off meetings for all major test cycles and planned logistics and schedules. I worked closely with the validation team to ensure their testing and documentation requirements are met. I also provided SAP knowledge transfer to other teams.

As MM Lead during a SAP Upgrade project I managed the completion of the BPML (Business Process Master List), configuration and test cycles for my team. As Integration Testing Lead for a global SAP Rollout I managed integration testing and provided training of testing tools and procedures to the team.

I lead process teams through all project stages of SAP implementations, was responsible for data conversion and cutover processes and planned and facilitated workshops and systems demos for international user groups. I defined project scope and developed project plans for global implementations.

I analyzed client processes and requirements in the logistics area, defined TO-BE processes and configured the SAP MM module accordingly. I tested „end-to-end“ processes including interfaces to other systems and provided SAP knowledge transfer to the client staff.
