Responsible for data accuracy using TM1, SAP, and Thinkcell for reporting. Analyze value chains with Power Query/Pivot, automate tasks with Excel macros, and optimize inventory. Perform cost center and intercompany analyses to improve efficiency. Ensure ERP cost center data is current, complete, and aligned with global hierarchies.

In the IFS Mannheim, I have handled admin tasks at the Institute of Sport, including invoices, certificates, and student correspondence in English and German. Managed event registrations, conducted market research, and analyzed course feedback. Used MS Office and IbuSys to streamline operations and support students and staff in university sports course management.

In the Chair of Accounting, I have assisted academic staff with research and teaching by extending datasets, downloading IFRS comment letters, and summarizing EFRAG regulations. Extracted financial standards from annual audit reports of international companies, using data from the European Parliament and other regulatory websites to support academic projects.

In the Chair of Taxation, I have created tax quizzes on national and international taxation for Bachelor’s and Master’s students using ILIAS. Researched concepts, drafted questions from academic materials, and collaborated in a team. Demonstrated precision, structured thinking, and professionalism.
