• Responsible for implementing and maintaining CSOD, providing support and training to users, and consulting on the integration. • Oversee the administration of the CSOD (LMS), including user accounts, courses, content, and reporting. • Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS L3 support, troubleshooting technical issues and providing training to users. • Manage LMS integrations with other systems, such as the workday, LinkedIn, third-party authentication tools and external online class provider.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance during testing and deployment of Learning tool • Provide L3 functional support to application end users and production support teams • Ensure adequate documentation of deliveries artecrafts • Optimize the existing business processes by meeting expectations of stakeholders • Manage critical customer issues and facilitate communication between the respective teams • Participate in new release development, customer training, and other support-related activities

• Working knowledge of APIs. Ability to facilitate API integrations between various platforms • Participate in the planning, testing, user acceptance, and delivery of upgrades to the LMS system. • Identify the database and integration points for the LMS and other systems. • Providing L4 production deep support to the business • Checking the databases to solve the issues with the data integration from LMS to downstream applications

• Allocating and coordinating work between a team of 5 Programmers, testing team of 5 members and 2 Trainees • Preparing a demo in test environment and send to Business with approach doc. • Attending SABA calls and meetings to explore new functionalities and bug fixes. • Testing UAT and UVT whenever a new update or functionality implemented in SABA. • Working with the Technology team and Business Solutions team to maintain the interface between SABA and PeopleSoft.

• Gathered Design & functional requirements directly from the Learning platform development team through meetings. • Analysed the requirements to come up with overall Implementation & testing strategies. • Integrating required plug-ins. • Prepared daily tracking sheets & statuses of defects; Interacted with the Learning platform development team. • Converting the designed HTML package into SCORM package (supporting format) using Lectora tool to import into SABA LMS application
