    • Additive Manufacturing of polymer by using Masked Stereolithography (MSLA). • Development of thermal debindable 3D printed polymer molds for gel casting. • Conducted experiments to evaluate the compatibility and performance of various photopolymer resin components and optimized weight concentration for the sacrificial molds. • Investigated the effects of printing parameters, post-processing steps, debinding atmospheres and optimized mold design to facilitate thermal debinding and lower residual.
