• Doing, Witnessing FAI at Supplier end • Ensuring No Defective part passes from supplier to Manufacturing plant • Implementing Improvement tools at supplier end • Raising NCR to Supplier if any defective part found at inward inspection and Assembly line • Finding the root cause of non-conformity and taking permanent action on root cause • Monitoring the Supplier performance based on Quality and Delivery • Auditing Supplier as per requirement of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018

• Doing Initial Feasibility of the customer RFQ’s • Develop new supplier if Supplier is not available as per requirement • Doing Initial assessment of the supplier • Launching new project and tracking the completion of project as per APQP time line • Doing Run at rate and PPAP documentation at Supplier end • Facing customer complaints and submitting 8D to the customer from Supplier • Doing Supplier audit as per the plan and taking follow-up for audit points closure

•Establishing, implementing and maintaining Management Systems in compliance with IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, AS 9100:2016, BS- ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, VDA 6.3 •Planning, Conducting, and preparing reports of Internal audit and Management review •Calculating Process Capability of critical Characteristics and Top Rejection Characteristics, Customer Compliant Characteristics and Take actions when SPC is Not meeting the requirement

• Maintain and update critical supplier audit system and schedule • Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement • Preparation & updating the Incoming Inspection plans, coordinating the incoming inspection activity, Updating GRN status in system. • Monthly Supplier PPM calculation & communication to supplier. • Conducting Product Audit, Process Audit at supplier end to reduce non-compliances & achieve customer satisfaction.
