My main task is to work in strict contact with the suppliers, starting from the very first phases of product development, in order to help their growth in terms of quality and to ensure that they are compliant with costumers´needs. I am responsible to guarantee that the products meet quality standards required to minimize quality costs and maximize costumers satisfaction.

Aquafil is one of the leading players, both in Italy and globally, in the production of Polyamide 6 and especially is focused on the production of sustainable nylon 6 (Econyl), starting from plastic waste The stage was aimed to writing my master thesis, focused on: - Study of polyamide 6 recycling process (sorting, depolymerization, polymerization) - Statistical study of possible ways to improve the efficiency of recycling process - Evaluation of the product’s life cycle (LCA)
