• Managing the technical and financial aspects of a research project, and writing European and German project proposals. • Carrying out aeroelastic modelling, simulation and validation of wind turbines, in particular floating offshore turbines. • Analysing load, SCADA, and Lidar measurements, including power performance asssesment. • Conducting sensitivity, uncertainty and load analyses on numerical simulation and measurment data. • Supervising student theses, and conducting exercise sessions.

• Worked on standardized simulation input/output file format in the framework of the International Energy Agency Wind Task 37. • Adapted the wind turbine simulation and optimization tool to the new format. • System modelling, and model simulation using aeroservoelastic multibody-based code.

• Aerodynamic optimization of wind turbine blades in the framework of the International Energy Agency Wind Task 37. • Worked on the methodology of a MATLAB code bundle that is linked to the aeroservoelastic multibody-based code.

Benchmark comparison of trucks among different duty classifications. Preparation of training seminars for other companies.

Providing assistance to engine test processes, both in field and test stands, and to solve problems that happen in engine test rooms.
