As a Project Manager, I supervise external clients’ projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring technical compatibility and coordinating interdepartmental activities so the product or project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

The assigned engineer for account activities including customer impact situations due to hardware, software, performance, microcode, software, platform, application, and network environmental issues. In addition, provides account management and maintains Global Services internal system records for a given account or set of accounts. Acts as an EMC Global Services ambassador to the customer and as the customer's representative within EMC.

Perform preventive and remedial maintenance of EMC maintained products at customer locations in different operating environments. Must be able to work under limited supervision with little direction from management and adheres to administrative policies and escalation procedures.
