Providing end-to-end technical support for Windows Active Directory, Public Key Infrastructure and IAM to Microsoft Strategic-500 and Major-100 commercial customers. Resolving over 1000 complex technical problems annually related to Active Directory, PKI and IAM across various Windows Server environments of Microsoft Enterprise Customers and partners. Delivering support to customers including key government and banking sector, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory compliance.

Managed 80+ forests of Bayer and Monsanto as Active Directory SME in Directory services team. • Acted as first point of contact for troubleshooting issues discovered in multi forest AD environment by following ITILV4 framework. • Handled BAU tasks and project works in directory services team. • Lead and implemented projects of new multiple AD forest around the globe as per client's requirements. • Collaboratively worked in a team.

Helped organization in establishing the IT infrastructure of more than 50 people. • Actively handled company's AD domain and provided timely resolution to the issues. • Responsible for Implementing, managing Apple and Microsoft system solutions including Exchange, Outlook, Apple Mail. • Configured and managed business systems and applications for smooth business continuation.

After graduating, joined Flydubai as an intern for 4 months. • Established data analysis requirements of flydubai departments and worked closely with Business Intelligence Senior Officer. • Prepared and analyzed data to create powerful and informative Power BI Dashboards. • Generated reports using Microsoft Power BI and SAP Crystal reports. • Successfully elicit and document all forms of requirements (e.g. functional, performance, usability).
