As a consultant for group enterprises, I am focused on product and project management in the telecommunications and internet industries. This includes product design, agile development processes as well as launches of products and services in the area of digital innovation, like internet of things, mobile payments and internet of value.
As a contract product and project manager, I did the product and project management for several different IoT topics at Cocus on behalf of T-Systems. This included IoT product conception as well as launching an IoT MVNO from scratch.
