Before that supporting the integration of a mobile telecommunications platform by consulting developers, integrators and the project management.

Co-Designing the German Mobile Number Portability process by specifying an exchange data format between all four mobile network operators, so you can all move from one cellular network to another without loosing your number. Technical and process-design of the MNP-Database and preparation of an invitation to tender, technical and business review of tender offers.

Servicing strategic customers (O2, MTU) in all technical areas. Coordinating new projects, manage suppliers, pre-sales consulting, escalation management.
