• My role in the Fortinet Emea TAC consists in providing technical support for Fortinet customers on a range of security products with focus on Authentication (FortiGate, FortiAuthenticator ). • Assist in real-time troubleshooting sessions related to secure network access and integration with 3rd party network security products. • Inspect logs and isolate issues related to industry standard protocols such as RADIUS, LDAP, SAML, 802.1x and FSSO . • Reproduce customer issues in the laboratory.

Plan and implement new network LAN and WLAN infrastructure according to company requirement Handling with TCP/IP Protocol and Network Services Responsibility for the operation of complex LAN and WLAN infrastructure Ideally Familiar with SonicWall Firewall, Sonicpoints ,Foritgate,Cisco WLC, Cisco APs and Dell. Deep Concepts in the area of Routing and Switching, WLAN,Firewall, DNS/DHCP/NAT/Access Lists/VPN Tunneling Site to site and Remote site/ Link Aggregation,Dynamic Routing Protocols (BGP,OSPF,EIGRP)

• Collaborate with other support team members to fix network outages, misconfigurations, and complex networking issues on customers' devices • Thorough comprehension and hands-on experience with Extreme, Cisco and HP equipment ( Routers, Switches, Load Balancers, Wireless) and networking protocols like: Ethernet, TCP, STP, ARP, OSPF • Troubleshooting Network incidents and resolve problems on time

Working as a Student Internee in Network Operation Center (NOC Team) as Junior System Administrator. My Tasks are commonly related to Windows client support . Solving Different Issue related to Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Active Directory sync , LAN and WLAN rollout. Installation´and configuration of windows Servers. Documentation Modification of Network in RACKTABLES, Creation of new devices and their graphs in CACTI and analysis of Ping time using SmokePing.
