Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for projects from Daimler/Stellantis/GM Group, Managing multiple projects with In-house teams of min 8 Engineers and out sourcing. Concept Study, package analysis. Design optimization for tooling, assembly and function, Coordination/participation in design review and release activities with global team along suppliers. Regular open task review, set priorities & insure timely deliveries. Customer interaction, analyze customer requirements and implementation options.

Roles and Responsibilities: Concept Study (Master Section). Design of Foot well covers and Endcaps (IP) Design of Glove Box, considering its crash test requirements. Proposed fragments of GB LID style considering Ergonomics (Knee impact). Study of multiple proposals for technical areas and make feasible design solutions. Interacting with suppliers to understand manufacturing requirements. Design release (DV Release and PV Release) Travelled to Germany for Vehicle build event with Daimler.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Deputed at Mercedes Benz Research and Development India. • Complete design Front bumper and Cladding parts in UG NX. • Manufacturing feasibility • Detail design of all parts interfaces • Attachment concepts • Concept styling proposals • Product design considering DFM and DFA • Ensure validation requirements like External projections, Low speed crash, Pedestrian protection. • Handling engineer working in other teams.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Complete product design of Exteriors (Front & Rear Bumper, Side moldings, Cowl) • In UG NX • Design & Development of Plastic components as per the tooling and customer’s requirement. • Bumper attachment and packaging with surrounding parts. • Build issues, Creating Digital Mockup reports. • Responsible for ECN documentation. • Product Data Management using Team center • Customer support in design changes till SOP of parts.
