Responsible for the technical and commercial leadership of the complete second-row seating system for the BMW i3 and i3 Touring vehicle programs. Leading cross-functional development activities from supplier nomination through industrialization and SOP while ensuring project targets for quality, timing, costs and engineering capacity.

Responsible for the technical coordination and industrialization of the complete front seating system for the BMW 1 series and 2 series Gran Coupé vehicle programs. Managing supplier activities and engineering maturity throughout the final development phase leading to series production.

Led the technical coordination of complete seating systems for BMW 1 series and 2 series Gran Coupé long wheel base and Mini Countryman, vehicle programs developed for the Chinese market. Responsible for front and rear seats, passive safety systems and international supplier coordination in close collaboration with BMW Brilliance Automotive (BBA).

Led the technical development of the complete front seating system for the BMW iX2, X1 and X1 long wheel base vehicle programs. Responsible for supplier management, passive safety integration and cross-functional project coordination from supplier nomination through SOP.

Led the development of the complete rear bench seating system for the next-generation Rolls-Royce Phantom and Cullinan within a Build-to-Print engineering program. Responsible for concept development, supplier coordination and industrialization from initial concept through SOP.

Supported the European Quality Director in coordinating central quality activities and communication across 29 European manufacturing plants. Contributed to the standardization of quality processes and the improvement of documentation, transparency and traceability throughout the European plant organization.
