 Design and build core modules for Quicken's Windows-based personal finance application, with a focus on system architecture and algorithm efficiency.  Partner with global product and support teams to define feature requirements and prioritise release roadmaps.  Deliver new features on schedule using modern C++, WPF and .NET while maintaining high implementation quality.  Participate in code reviews to uphold internal standards and industry best practices. 

 Led end-to-end development of the Voltage Windows client for secure email and file encryption, from prototype through release.  Managed the full product lifecycle, including roadmap planning and customer-driven technical decisions.  Established robust release workflows incorporating stakeholder reviews, code analysis and quality-assurance checks.  Supervised and mentored a three-member engineering team, overseeing task allocation and long-term planning. 

 Led architecture and development for the NEC UNIVERGE 3C suite, covering database, file-server and user-process components.  Designed scalable, maintainable system architecture using UML, with a strong focus on performance.  Conducted in-depth code reviews to ensure quality and alignment with architectural standards.  Coordinated with offshore teams to manage tasks, set priorities and drive consistent cross-site development.

 Led the design & development of SuperValu's ARx Pharmacy Retail Application, supporting operations across multiple retail locations.  Built reliable, scalable C++ backend components and SQL databases with strong data integrity.  Collaborated with global teams to align development with business needs and healthcare regulations.  Delivered high-quality, maintainable code under tight timelines, enabling smooth deployments and client satisfaction
