Preparation of market portfolio files for the zone Europe to be used for the monthly market service reviews, Writing standard routine for the work process we followed and reviewing then in every six months, Organised the document repository in Intranet (Team Room), Participation in the Account Management monthly meeting with Business Solutions team and with IS/IT team to discuss and find the solution for the escalated issues.

I worked for 3 Compliance projects for Switzerland Site of GE money Bank (Cembra Money Bank). I managed the development, sustain and change management from Offshore. I even took part in preparation of Technical Impact Analysis document and Project deployment plan. I was responsible to monitor the Live production batch during the GO-LIVE, solving the issue and prepared the technical root cause analysis document along with proposing the permanent solution.

Provide maintenance and support, scheduling the test batch, resolution of issue. To ensure that developments are based on the standard IBM mainframe environment. I also did commissioning of new requirements and systems in the project environment and integration into the existing application landscape. I used to prepare weekly status report for the production issues.
