Took end-to-end ownership of a core platform used by 2,000+ student workers and internal teams, ensuring stability and fast issue resolution. Identified operational and technical bottlenecks across support, billing, and data flows and turned them into scalable workflows. Led modernization of the tech stack (Angular, Ionic, Firebase), refactoring 30+ backend functions. Supported expansion and onboarding analysis and acted as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
