Being part of an international team what is responsible with the coordination of the IT part for the opening of a Department Store and it's office's building I must coordinate my work with foreign and Romanian colleagues. I am following a precise project charter, permanently adjusting and following avery strict budget.

Responsable with budget prevision, development of the IT department and the infrastructure of the firm, opening new branches in the country

Responsible with building the IT infrastructure of the company accordingly to the budget. Budgeting the IT expenses for the years to come. constantly improve the IT infrastructure of the firm. Responsable with the security of the data.

Responsable with coordinating the Help Desk Team consisting out of 3 people.responsible with the reporting and with the KPI's.

Responsible, along with my other team colleague with the starting and with the improving of the Help Desk service for the S.C. Danone P.D.P.A. Romania client.
