Develop, define and monitor defined milestones and initiate appropriate action in case of deviations. Act as a contact for the customer and manage change requests of customers from proposal to implementation. With respect to internal processes, provide support and coordinate the cooperation to areas such as development, testing, integration and industrialization. In addition, create documentation and report at regular meetings the project progress.

I managed the embedded SW development part within a complete project (HW, SW and Mechanical Design) developed at Continental Automotive Timisoara for a transmission gearbox Electronic Control Unit. I was also managed SW development (lower application layer) for a transmission transfercase Electronic Control Unit used on 4x4 vehicles.

Embedded SW development for engine Electronic Control Units (gasoline and diesel) used on passenger cars. Coordination of SW activities between local development team and company's other development locations.
