-Assisted the audit team with all areas relating to quarterly reviews and the year-end public audit including SEC reporting, analytical procedures, audit documentation, and project management -Performed in-depth analysis of financial statements and footnote disclosures, specifically in the following areas: debt, restructuring, property, plant & equipment, and business combinations

-Responsible for assisting the audit team with all tasks relating to the year-end public audit including audit planning, footnote reporting, share repurchase testing, and archiving

-Managed and recorded cash position files, cash forecasting files, and daily FX trade files -Prepared and analyzed daily and prior day cash position reconciliation and reports -Summarized working capital files to provide data for unencumbered cash and assets
